In the unlikely event that any concerns about authenticity arise, rest assured that we will take immediate action, promptly accepting returns and issuing full refunds. We categorize our watches into three distinct condition grades to provide you with transparency and accurate descriptions:

Unworn: These timepieces have never been worn. While we cannot label them as "new" due to our status as an independent dealer, rest assured they are in pristine, unworn condition.

Very Good: Our "Very Good" grade encompasses watches that have been previously worn. They may exhibit minor surface scratches or marks, but we advise against unnecessarily professionally polishing the watch.

Good: Watches falling under the "Good" category have been previously worn and show signs of wear. Although none of the marks are deeply ingrained, we recommend professional polishing to restore them to a "Very Good" condition.

We operate as a fully online entity, and we do not facilitate in-person showings or transactions. We do not maintain a physical retail showroom or storefront for patrons to visit, which means that viewing watches in person prior to purchase, or arranging for in-person pickup after a purchase, is not possible. 

However, our dedicated team is committed to providing detailed information, high-quality images, and comprehensive descriptions of our timepieces online to ensure that your online shopping experience is as informative and satisfying as possible. Should you have any questions or require further assistance, our responsive customer support team is here to assist you every step of the way, ensuring that you can make your selection with confidence and ease. 

We're excited to guide you towards acquiring your desired timepiece through our store on Chrono24. You may seamlessly complete your transaction on the platform using any payment method they accept. Rest assured, Chrono24 provides a secure and reliable platform for your watch acquisition needs. We understand that some patrons may wish to explore trade-in options to offset the cost of their desired timepiece. We are pleased to consider trade-ins for watches that are within our selection. To initiate this process, we kindly request that patrons come prepared with the reference number(s), some photos, and a trade value for their trade-in(s). 

Upon mutual agreement, we will provide an invoice detailing the balance due, along with wiring instructions for the trade-in. Once the balance is successfully transferred via wire transfer, we will then provide you with instructions for shipping your trade-in watch(es) to us. 

Our team of watch experts will conduct a thorough inspection of the timepiece(s) upon delivery, ensuring both authenticity and condition. Once confirmed, the purchased timepiece will be shipped out within 72 business hours to complete your seamless transaction.

We take great care in ensuring the safe and secure delivery of your treasured timepieces. All packages are shipped exclusively via FedEx Express Shipping. Once payment confirmation is received from Chrono24, our dedicated team ensures that your package is prepared and dispatched within 72 business hours. Please note, we are not open on Fridays, Saturdays, or Sundays so shipments will not be possible over that period.

To safeguard your valuable investment, we require all packages to be shipped to a FedEx Ship Center location for secure pickup. Unfortunately, we are not able to offer delivery to residential or commercial addresses. Our commitment to the protection of high-value items necessitates insurance coverage, which is only applicable when packages are collected from a FedEx Ship Center location. Your peace of mind is our priority, and we appreciate your understanding of these shipping policies designed to provide the utmost security for your purchase. 

Regrettably, at this time, we are unable to accommodate shipping requests for watches outside the United States. However, please be assured that we are diligently working towards obtaining the capability to extend our services internationally in the future. 

We consider all sales to be final. However, we understand the importance of your satisfaction. Therefore, if the timepiece you receive does not match the description, or is inauthentic in any way, we will gladly accept a return for a full refund as long as the request is made within seven (7) days of delivery.

It's important to note that if the watch is not returned in its original condition or if any of the included contents are missing, we may apply a 15% restocking fee or make other adjustments to account for the loss in value before issuing your refund. 

All refunds are processed within 48 business hours of the receipt of the return. The refund will be issued in the form of an electronic check (e-check) sent via email address. If another refund method is requested, an adjustment to the refund amount will be made if there is a fee associated with the requested method.

At Celestique, we take pride in standing behind the quality of our timepieces, which is why we offer a one-year limited warranty on all purchases. This warranty runs concurrently and independently of any existing manufacturer's warranty that may be carried by the watch. Our commitment is to ensure the proper functioning of the movement during the first year following your purchase.

In the event that your timepiece stops running within this initial year, rest assured that our team of watch experts will have the watch serviced to restore its functionality. However, please note that our warranty does not cover cases of abuse, cosmetic damage, or water damage. Our aim is to provide you with the assurance of a reliable timepiece, and we're here to support you throughout your ownership experience.

We also offer the opportunity for you to sell your timepieces to us. Should you wish to offer a timepiece for sale, please provide us with the reference number, your proposed price, and a few photographs for evaluation. After reaching an agreed-upon price, we will promptly send you shipping instructions via email.

Upon receiving the timepiece, our watch experts will conduct a meticulous inspection, ensuring both its authenticity and condition. If the watch meets our criteria, we will initiate payment within 48 hours. Please note that all payments are made via electronic check (e-check). If you prefer an alternative payment method that incurs fees, these fees will be deducted from the total amount to be paid.  

As an independent dealer, Celestique does not hold authorized dealer status for any of the brands we offer. Consequently, we are unable to make any legal claims or representations regarding the original manufacturer's warranty for the timepieces in our collection. Instead, we take pride in providing our valued customers with our own one-year limited warranty, a testament to our commitment to ensuring the quality and functionality of the watches we offer.
